Openhouse is an independent real estate advisory working with buyers, investors, and property owners across Greece. Founded by Khania Curtis, the practice brings a considered, context-driven perspective to property decisions—balancing market insight with long-term value.

Originally from the United States and now based between Athens and Santorini, Khania brings over a decade of experience across real estate advisory, architecture, design, and development strategy. Her career spans global cities—from New York to Honolulu—where she collaborated with architectural studios, cultural institutions, and real estate developers on high-profile projects and visual identities.
Her work is guided by a commitment to clarity, context, and human experience. As a real estate consultant within the Keller Williams Greece & Cyprus network, she combines market knowledge with architectural and design literacy, offering clients an informed, considered approach to buying, investing, or reimagining property in Greece.
